Order Processing & Lead Time
All of our products are handmade to order, which means each item is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Because of this handcrafted process, order processing times may vary. Current estimated lead times are displayed on our website and reflect our most up-to-date production schedule. We kindly ask that you review these estimates before placing your order, as they form part of your purchase agreement. While we always aim to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible, lead times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and the complexity of the item. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been received, and another notification once it has shipped.
Please note that all lead times are estimates, not guarantees. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully craft each item by hand.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped through a third-party carrier. Once your package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control. Any questions or concerns regarding shipping delays, tracking updates, lost packages, or delivery issues must be directed to the shipping carrier.
To help ensure a smooth delivery, please carefully verify that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Local Pickup Policy
Mums by Madabella is located in Northern San Antonio. Customers who select Local Pickup at checkout are responsible for picking up their order from our location in North San Antonio, Texas.
Once your order is complete and ready for pickup, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order to arrange a convenient pickup time and provide the pickup location details.
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or a valid photo ID when picking up your order if requested.
If you mistakenly select Local Pickup but require your order to be shipped, please contact us before your order is completed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Refund Policy
All of our homecoming mums and garters are custom made for the individual and we begin creating when the order is placed, therefore, no cancellation or refund is available after 24 hours. If you have questions concerning this policy please contact us at info@mumsbymadabella.com. Please note minor changes to your order such as adding a dates name etc. may be available up to 72 hours after purchase.

Unless otherwise noted, all photographs and images displayed on this website are original works created by us and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
We may photograph completed mums, garters, and other custom creations and use those images on our website, social media pages, advertising, and other promotional materials to showcase our work and help future customers with design inspiration.
